Returns
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We are unable to give you a refund or swap if 30 days have passed since your order.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you got it in order to be eligible for a refund. It has to be in its original packaging as well.
There are a few things that are excluded from being returned. Meat, flowers, newspapers, and magazines are perishable items that cannot be returned. Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are also not accepted.
Such non-returnable objects include:
- Gift cards
- Apps that can be downloaded
- A few health and beauty products
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please do not refund your order to the store.
Only partial refunds are available under certain circumstances (if applicable)

Refunds
We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to inform you that we have received your returned object. We'll also let you know if your refund has been accepted or rejected.
If you are accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be added to your credit card or original form of payment within a certain number of days.

Only regular-priced products are eligible for refund; sadly, discount items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
You'll get a gift credit for the value of your refund if the item was marked as a gift when bought and sent directly to you. A gift card will be mailed to you once the returned item has been received.
Whether the item wasn't labelled as a gift when it was ordered, or the gift giver had the order delivered to them to give to you later, we'll send a refund to the gift giver, and he'll be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your item. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund if you earn one.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you can vary depending on where you live.
If you're shipping an item worth more than $75, you can use a trackable shipping service or buy shipping insurance. We can't promise that we'll get your returned object.
