To complete your return, we require the purchaser’s name, email address, shipping address, order number and description of the item(s) returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.*
*Do not attach labels to a product box. Returns with labels placed directly on product boxes will NOT be refunded.

This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way or wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item, Who it will take responsibility?

Refunds (if applicable)
We will issue a full refund to your credit card (or other payment method) for the price of any product that you return and applicable taxes paid on the product’s value, if we receive your product return request within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It can take 7 days to receive your return and also it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will process your return within 3 days of receiving and notify you by email.
We do not accept product return requests after one (1) year from the order date.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
If you received an order as a gift, we will require the contact information of the original purchaser to issue a refund, store credit, or replacement for any item.
