Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you got it in order to be eligible for a refund. It has to be in its original packaging as well.

You'll get a gift credit for the value of your refund if the item was marked as a gift when bought and sent directly to you. A gift card will be mailed to you once the returned item has been received.
